Core Competency Credit Course

This self-study course will help you determine why your patients are making certain health choices and will show you how to influence them to make better ones. The text reviews a number of techniques that can be used to better predict patient choices. It also outlines specific strategies that you can use to facilitate behavior change. You will learn a wide range of practical suggestions for improving patient satisfaction.
