Patient Information You are requested to bring your own patients for each weekend session. Participating patients often become advocates for their dentist's office. In addition, when you bring your own patients you have the option of billing for the treatment provided at the School of Dentistry. A maximum of four units per weekend is suggested. Patients may be provided for out-of-state dentists.
Supplies and Equipment A list of supplies that you will need to bring with you to the course will be mailed to you following your course registration. Most equipment and supplies will be provided.
Dental Laboratory and Assisting Services You have the option of using your own dental laboratory and bringing your chairside assistant. Or if requested, the School of Dentistry will arrange for a dental assistant and for a dental laboratory technician to work with you as needed. You are responsible to pay for dental assisting and laboratory services separately. Their services are not included in the tuition payment.

These esthetic courses are useful in helping to prepare accreditation candidates for achieving the accreditation credentials in cosmetic dentistry. However, successful completion of these courses does not guarantee accreditation.
What others have liked about the Level II program:
"This program should be entitled 'Contemporary Dentistry'. It is definitely more than cosmetics. It is a powerful tool for restoring people in the most conservative manner which is not possible without contemporary adhesive dentistry." Fred Hermanson, D.D.S. Apple Valley, Minnesota
"The postgraduate program in esthetic dentistry provided my practice with another level of excellence. It approaches dentistry from all aspects and provides knowledge, technical skill and most of all fellowship." Kenneth Hamin, D.D.S., Winnipeg, Manitoba
"The Level II postgraduate esthetic dental course was the best hands-on course that I have ever experienced. Interaction between faculty and students was provided with maximal learning in a warm and supportive environment. The faculty/student ratio was ideal." Michael Spencer, D.D.S. St. Louis Park, Minnesota
