| The University of Minnesota is pleased to announce a Certificate Program in Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry. Dentists may earn both continuing education and University credit when completing the Postgraduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry as university classes. Application and admission to the certificate program is possible after successful completion of the Postgraduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry: Level I. Dentists may earn a postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry after successfully completing: 4) Presentation of 8-10 patients from practice, and 5) One of four essential requirements for graduation listed below: - teaching in a postgraduate esthetic dentistry program (100 hours minimum.)
- presentation of 5 articles from refereed journals pertaining to esthetic dentistry.
- accreditation in American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD.)
- mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD.)

Admission Dentists may apply for admission to the Certificate Program in Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry after successful completion the Postgraduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry: Level I. Applicants must have received a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited U.S. institution. Internationally trained dentists with comparable degrees from recognized colleges may also apply for admission. Applications can be submitted and will be reviewed throughout the year. Payment Options If you register for one module, a $595 deposit is due at the time of registration with the balance due before the program begins. If you register for two or more modules concurrently, the combined tuition is reduced based on the following schedule: | 2 modules | $150 discount | | 3 modules | $250 discount | | 4 modules | $375 discount | A customized installment plan may be set up for you at the time of registration. The amount and intervals of the installments will be determined by the combination of modules that you have selected.
