Would you like to discuss how to incorporate the technologies into your practice with knowledgeable and experienced speakers? This course will immerse you in a diversity of dental technologies that will help you to position your practice as the contemporary restorative and esthetic practice in your community. You will learn everything you need to know to get started with: 1) CAD/CAM systems, 2) digital radiography, 3) digital photography and affiliated computer software, and 4) hard and soft tissue lasers. The course includes demonstrations and several opportunities for you to work with the latest technologies which will benefit you and your patients. A patient is not needed for this course. This hands-on course will give you the background and skills to: - select the dental technology that will be the best fit for your practice.

- identify which patients would benefit most from CAD/CAM restorations.
- integrate CAD/CAM restorations into your practice.
- begin using hard and soft tissue lasers in your practice.
Special Course Feature: After you complete this course you will receive a certificate for standard proficiency training in the use of hard and soft tissue lasers in dentistry. Mansur Ahmad, D.D.S., B.D.S., Ph.D. Assistant Professor, Division of Oral Medicine & Diagnosis, Department of Diagnostic and Biological Sciences, School of Dentistry, University of Minnesota. Steve DeKoster, D.D.S., has maintained a private practice in Hutchinson, Minnesota for over 30 years and has been a CEREC owner since 1998. Dr. DeKoster has placed several thousand restorations with the CEREC system and is certified by Patterson/Sirona as a Basic & Advanced CEREC trainer. John Graeber, D.D.S., Certified Laser Educator; full-time general and cosmetic practitioner in East Hanover, New Jersey who is recognized nationally for his expertise in lasers in dentistry. Dr. Graeber has 15 years of clinical experience using 5 different laser systems. In addition, he has written several articles and presented 200 lecture and hands-on continuing dental education courses on the subject of high technology and lasers in dentistry. Dr. Graeber has consulting relationships with Ivoclar, Hoya Con-Bio, and Biolase. Paul S. Olin, D.D.S., M.S., Director, Dental Implant Program; Associate Professor, Division of Prosthodontics, Department of Restorative Sciences, University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry. Dr. Olin is also the Director of Postgraduate Programs in Esthetic Dentistry: Levels I-III at the University of Minnesota. Rick Spaulding, as a leading photographer specializing in dental digital photography, Mr. Spaulding has become a popular speaker at state and national continuing dental education meetings. He has presented programs for the ADA Annual Session and the Star of the North meetings as well as for the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He maintains his connection with National Camera Exchange that enables him to stay on top of the industry's latest products and trends.
