What's New in Infection Control/OSHA Compliance
 | Core Competency Credit Course | Saturday, October 6, 2012 Are you maintaining the healthiest and safest work environment possible for your patients and employees? Discover how you can improve the health and safety of your dental practice environment by spending a day with Dr. Harold Edelman, an infection control consultant with 32 years of practice experience. You will be brought up to date on the “hottest issues” in infection control today—hand hygiene practices, vaccinations, post-exposure protocols, safety-engineered sharps devices, instrument processing…and more. This targeted continuing dental education course will also satisfy OSHA’s annual training requirements and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry core competency requirement in infection control. Benefits/ObjectivesDuring this continuing dental education program, the entire dental team will benefit from learning how to: - ensure compliance with national and state OSHA and infection control standards and guidelines.
