Clinical Grand Rounds for the Dental Team

Core Competency Credit Course

First Thursday evening each month – October-December and February-April

Would you like treatment planning solutions for your patients with complex medical and dental problems?

University of Minnesota faculty can help you with your challenging treatment planning decisions. Participation in this case-based series will give you clinical insights into a variety of clinical disciplines that can improve your clinical results and also avoid patient complaints. Conveniently scheduled in the evening, you will enjoy short programs, dinner, and interaction with colleagues, faculty, staff and students. Mark Roettger, D.D.S., M.S., Adjunct Assistant Professor, Division of Community Oral Health, Department of Primary Dental Care, University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry. As one of his faculty responsibilities, Dr. Roettger works with the students in the hospital-based General Practice Residency Program.

A link to the recorded webcast presentations will be posted on our website Clinical Grand Round Recorded Sessions within a week of each session. When you view only this recorded version of a session, you may earn 1.5 hours of “elective” credit per session for Minnesota relicensure requirements. However, you will need to keep track of the date and time of your completion in case of a Board of Dentistry audit of your continuing dental education records.

PLEASE NOTE: When you attend a "live" presentation of Clinical Grand Rounds or a "live" webcast, you earn core continuing dental education credit in diagnosis and treatment planning and receive a certificate of attendance.
